An independent state institution “Regional center of the akimat of Kostanay region” was founded by the resolution of the akimat of Kostanay region No. 184 from December 20, 2001.
Since January 3, 2018 by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 559 from September 14, 2017, MSPE “Regional center for retraining and advanced training of state workers” of the akimat of Kostanay region was reorganized into a branch of RSPE “Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in Kostanay region.
More than 19 thousand state workers of Kostanay region and territorial divisions of the central state bodies were trained during 18 years of operation.
More than 700 training seminars were organized and conducted.
