Kostanay branch of the Academy of public administration believes that the social project “Silver age” in the framework of digitalization will give the older generation confidence in the use of modern devices and e-government capabilities. After all, at the end of the project, each of the participants will learn how to write e-mails, receive interactive help and advice via the Internet and become a full member of the modern information community.
