ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS OF 2023
TRAINING OF CIVIL SERVANTS:
At the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay region, 1,589 civil servants were trained, of which 263 people were trained in retraining courses, and 1,326 people were trained in advanced training seminars.
Civil servants trained – 122 people.
Deputies of maslikhats at the regional and district/city levels – 60 people.
EVALUATION OF ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE EYES OF LISTENERS:

This year, classes were taught by 42 teachers, of which 3 were full-time and 39 were invited.
Quality level of teaching staff: 2 PhDs, 3 candidates of sciences, 15 masters and experienced specialists with experience in public service.
Two branch employees have successfully completed training and certification according to the National Standard ISO 21502 level “Trainer-Consultant”.
