Born on January 15, 1985 in the village of Taranovskoye, Taranovsky district, Kostanay region.
In 2007 he graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov with a degree in jurisprudence.
In 2015 he graduated from the M. Dulatov KINEU, receiving a master’s degree in economics.
In 2020, he graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov, receiving a Master of Law degree.
