A lecture for the participants of the seminar “Listening State: Tools for Interaction with the Population and Civil Society” was delivered yesterday by a graduate of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Akimat of the Kostanay Region, Erlan Kalmakov.?

Erlan Bolatovich detailed modern approaches to working with civil society, emphasizing the importance of active interaction between the state and the population. He shared his cases, which clearly demonstrate how effective communication can contribute to a more open and constructive dialogue between different levels of government and citizens.
