Today, Rudny industrial Institute held a roundtable on the theme:”System of personnel promotion in the state work: experience and achievements”.
The moderator of the event was the head of the Department for state work affairs of Kostanay region Salauat Muksimov.
The roundtable was held with the participation of the Director of JSC “National center of state work personnel management ” Banu Nurgazieva.
Deputy head of the Department for state work of Kostanay oblast Erlan Salikbaev noted unique opportunity for state workers of the region to plan their career advancement and relocation.
The head of the office of development and implementation of educational programs of branch of Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakenova Maira announced that all the facilities are provided for future students of the Academy of public administration under the President of Kazakhstan in Kostanay branch. Free English preparatory courses are held annually, and the faculty of the branch assists state workers with writing introductory essays. Within the framework of this project, state workers wishing to study at the Academy not only have the opportunity to improve their English language skills, but also obtain basic knowledge of the subject “Academic writing”, and acquire the skills of writing scientific work in compliance with all rules and regulations of academic honesty and academic integrity.
