From August 27 to 29, our branch held a seminar on “Fundamentals of the Electoral Process and Organization of Work of Electoral Commissions during Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

The seminar was devoted to key aspects of organizing and holding a national referendum and electoral campaigns. Participants discussed practical issues related to financial support and documentation of election commissions, as well as legal support for campaigns. The actions of commission members within the legal framework, the use of IT technologies and approaches to information support, including SMM management and work with the media, were considered.

In addition, the seminar focused on organizing the voting day and creating conditions for the participation of people with disabilities.

From August 19 to 21 of this year, a seminar on “Proactive Thinking and Personal Effectiveness” was held.

The classes were conducted by invited trainers, senior lecturer of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev Aizhan Manatova and candidate of historical sciences, acting professor of the Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov Zamzagul Shakhaman.

The seminar was aimed at developing proactive thinking and increasing the personal effectiveness of the listeners.

Last week, the branch hosted a five-day seminar on “Organizational and legal aspects of the activities of maslikhat deputies”.✅ The seminar was aimed at improving the level of professional competencies and practical skills of regional deputies for effective operation in the context of new challenges and realities.

From August 12 to 14 this year, a three-day seminar “Practical Tools for Preparing and Conducting Court Cases” was held. ⚖️

Head of the Department of Continuing Education of the Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baybursynov Gulnar Talapova.

The seminar was aimed at developing the competencies of the participants related to the provision of public services, the implementation of state programs in the field of employment and social protection of the population.

Yesterday, the Akim of the Uzunkol district of the Kostanay region, Marat Zhurkabaev, spoke at a lecture for the students of the seminar “Listening state: tools for interaction with the population and civil society”. ⠀
During the lesson, Marat Kenzhebekovich, together with the students, analyzed examples of effective interaction with society using the case of the Kostanay region as an example and shared his own experience.

We would like to inform you that on August 14, 2024 at 14:00 at the Kostanai branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the second open lecture will be held within the framework of the challenge organized on the occasion of the day of the great poet, writer, public figure, educator and the founder of Kazakh written literature Abai Kunanbayuly.

A lecture for the participants of the seminar “Listening State: Tools for Interaction with the Population and Civil Society” was delivered yesterday by a graduate of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Akimat of the Kostanay Region, Erlan Kalmakov.?

Erlan Bolatovich detailed modern approaches to working with civil society, emphasizing the importance of active interaction between the state and the population. He shared his cases, which clearly demonstrate how effective communication can contribute to a more open and constructive dialogue between different levels of government and citizens.

Such interaction, according to the speaker, helps improve the quality of life of the population and increases trust in government institutions. The participants of the seminar were able to discuss key points and ask questions, which made the meeting especially productive.

From July 29, 2024 to August 2, “Project management. “Preparation for certification according to the ISO 21502-2022 standard” of the RK ST was held. The workshop was conducted by Aynur Nakhishbaeva, the head of the office of the branch, a certified trainer-consultant in project management. ?

At the end of the seminar, the students passed the certification exam.

From July 22 to 26 this year, a seminar was held on “Project Management. Preparation for certification according to the ST RK ISO 21502-2022 standard”. The classes were conducted by a certified project management trainer-consultant, head of the branch office, Ainur Nakyshbaeva. ?

Over five days of training, students studied topics such as:

– Project management standards and the national standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Project Management Guide ST RK ISO 21502-2022”;
⠀
– Implementation of project management in the public administration system;
⠀
– Concepts and integrated methods of project management;
⠀
– Practices and prerequisites for formalizing project management;
⠀
– Analysis of practical cases. ⠀
At the end of the seminar, the students passed the certification exam.

A three-day seminar on the topic of “Improvement and development of cities and villages of the region (housing and public utilities management)” was held at the branch last week.
The seminar was aimed at developing leadership and management professional competencies and practical skills in housing and public utilities management.
The seminar was conducted by senior teachers of the branch Gainiya Yeseyeva and Sanzhar Mirasbekov.
Also, the head of the office of the Akim of the Kostanay region Murat Sandybaev acted as a guest lecturer, who revealed the topic of modern problems of improvement of cities and villages of the region. Akim of Lisakovsk Abay Ibraev spoke about the role of urban development policy in creating a comfortable urban environment.
As part of the seminar, an off-site practical lesson was held. The listeners, together with Gainiya Kalimzhanovna, visited the model village of Zhukovka in the Kostanay region, which has become a pilot project in the field of rural development with the participation of socially responsible producers.

Once obviously doomed to death, this village has become a real symbol of transformation in recent years thanks to entrepreneurship. A well-known enterprise in the region, Ayan-Ozat LLC, specializing in the production of sausages, has implemented an ambitious project to build a poultry farm and develop a concept for the revival of the village, which has breathed new life into it.

The head of Ayan-Ozat LLC, Valery Rozinov, conducted a fascinating tour for the participants and shared information about the projects being implemented in the village. The participants of the seminar were able to get acquainted with the model of its development and ask many interesting questions, which contributed to an active exchange of experience and ideas.
This event strengthened our confidence that social entrepreneurship and active business actions can significantly affect the well-being of rural areas and qualitatively change the lives of local residents.

The event was attended by the head of the Kostanay region department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, Erlan Salykbaev, along with members of the Community.

During the meeting, this year’s graduates were welcomed into the community and became familiar with its activities. Planned events for this year were discussed.
