At the beginning of this year, we published an appeal about adding to the civil service museum. In our appeal, we asked to donate souvenirs related to the regional civil service to the museum fund.

Since then, the following valuable exhibits have been presented to the museum fund located in our branch:

▪️Listivenitsa printing press, used in the work of government agencies and depicting the era before computerization of document flow;
⠀
▪️ President of Kazakhstan N.Ә. Letter of gratitude to Nazarbayev civil servant Svetlana Yakovlevna Tregubova;

▪️Cup “Winner of the athletics relay among civil servants on August 29, 2016”;
⠀
▪️ Regional relay medal among public political and administrative officials dedicated to Civil Servants Day 2015.

In addition, as part of the “Gift to the Library” campaign, the branch’s library collection was replenished with four publications, each of which is an important source of education and professional development. Now all our listeners have the opportunity to get acquainted with these works and expand their horizons.

Last week, the ceremony of presenting diplomas to graduates and doctoral students of the Academy took place.

Our three friends this year
– Syundikov Kairat Zhandyldauly – Lawyer of the MM for Ethics “Apparatus of the Akim of the Kostanay Region”;
– Kalmakov Erlan Bolatuly – head of the MM “Department for Religious Affairs of the Akimat of the Kostanay Region”;
– Sanat Tolegenuly Ismagambetov – Head of the Legal Department of the Rudny City Hall
received a master’s degree.

Congratulations to our compatriots and all graduates of the Academy on the successful completion of their studies! I wish them bright professional achievements, a confident start in their careers and a constant desire for self-development!

On June 19-21, a seminar was held on the topic “Legal culture and literacy.” What lectures and practical lessons. The lecturer and lawyer of the Faculty of Law of Kokshetau University named after. Valikhanova Arman Khabdullin. ⚖️

Over the course of three days, students actively worked on the following aspects:

? participants increased their ability to apply legal norms to solve professional problems;

?Particular attention was paid to the creation and analysis of documents such as conditions, regulations, governors;

The seminar emphasized the importance of personal responsibility in complying with laws and regulations for the formation of a legal culture;

Participants discussed issues of ethics and legal consciousness, which are the basis of professional behavior and respect for the rights of citizens;

? listeners studied methods of explaining their rights and responsibilities to citizens;

?The topic of competent and polite relations with citizens, as well as respect for their rights and freedoms, was discussed;

? Participants familiarized themselves with anti-corruption legislation and regulations;

? We discussed the importance of a culture of legal communication for effective interaction in a professional environment.

To confirm past material, students analyzed practical cases that allowed them to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and improve their skills in real situations.

Employees of the @apa.kz branch in the Kostanay region took part in a gala event dedicated to the Day of Civil Servant of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

The event was organized by the Department of the Kostanay Region of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs. The meeting was attended not only by employees of departments and branches, but also by veterans of the civil service and young civil servants.

The head of the department, Erlan Salykbaev, congratulated all participants on the holiday and presented letters of gratitude on behalf of the regional akim and the department for exemplary performance of official duties. He also expressed gratitude for his contributions to public service and outstanding achievements.

Our colleague, Head of the Cabinet of Educational Programs and Implementation Ainur Nakyshbaeva, was awarded a letter of gratitude from the head of the department.
